A 41-minute dance film about the Cal Bearettes, UC Berkeley's majorette-style dance team, and their push for recognition. It links their story to 1960s civil-rights sit-ins through HBCU majorette 'stand' and 'sit' vocabulary. Original music by Ben Juodvalkis.
