Melecio Estrella (BANDALOOP), with Tara Pilbrow (Tara Pilbrow Dance)
Early research-and-development material, including a trio, for BANDALOOP's Alameda project 'Re-Cycle', a collaboration with Tara Pilbrow Dance that uses the metal girders of Building 25 at Alameda Point to explore climate adaptation, rewilding and sustainable development. It was shown in free open rehearsals in September 2023 and grew into 'Somewhere to Land' (2024).

- Sept 15-16, 2023, 4-5pm, free open rehearsals. The project developed into 'Somewhere to Land: Dances for Sea and Low Sky' (Hangar 25, 1951 Monarch St., Alameda, Sept 26-28, 2024, 7-8:30pm), presented as part of Rising Tides, the City of Alameda's climate arts initiative.
